Shipping & Returns
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed—it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. We ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO by ground only. We do not deliver orders to PO Boxes/APO/FPO via expedited shipping. If you place an order to a PO Box/APO/FPO and select expedited shipping, your shipping method will be downgraded to ground.
We now ship to Canada and we are working on expanding to other countries. Please note, not all items can ship to all countries.
United States: Standard shipping applies to all orders less than $75 before taxes. Customers pay the lowest shipping rate we can acquire, and no more. Shipping is free for all orders of $75 or more before taxes and shipping. Please note that order processing may take up to 3 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
Canada: All shipments to Canada are delivered duty paid, so there will not be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout.
US and Canada:
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary/Checkout page.
Every item we create is prepared with the utmost care for our customer’s health and wellbeing. We pride ourselves on our product quality. We inspect every item we ship, and package it carefully. In the event of damage to your package, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will contact the carrier to file a complaint. Please photograph the damage immediately so that we can use the photos when filing our claim.
Merchandise purchased online at this website (www.mineralandcompany.com) can be exchanged or refunded within 10 days from the original delivery date. The item(s) must be unopened, unused and in good condition.
All items must be packaged and shipped in a secure manner to ensure the product arrives back to Mineral & Co.® in the original condition, or we cannot offer a refund.
We will refund the price of the item(s) in the original form of payment that was used for the purchase. We are unable to refund the original shipping cost and the customer is responsible for any return shipping cost. Any items received back that are damaged due to customer negligence or alterations to its original state will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Once items have been inspected and the condition is verified and accepted, a refund will be sent within 3-5 business days.
NOTE: All refunds must be approved before returning items.
Products purchased in-person via our distributors will be subject to their specific return and/or exchange policy(s).
