Each teaspoon has a daily dose of 200 mg of usable, absorbable magnesium for your holistic health.

All of our products are plant-based, cruelty free, paraben free, sulfate free, phthalate free, mineral oil free and synthetic fragrance free.

Due to current availability and sourcing challenges, the preservative system may vary slightly. The concentration of Magnesium will always remain the same, in accordance with our commitment to quality.

For optimal results, apply one teaspoon a day. This can be 20–30 minutes before bedtime. Use anywhere on the body except the near the eyes or on open cuts. Due to the high concentration of magnesium, it does take longer to absorb than a regular lotion. Can be applied right after bathing when pores are open and receptive. A slight tingling sensation may occur – this indicates a deficiency and will decrease with consistent use.

Each jar lasts for one month, at one teaspoon per day.
