Highly concentrated, at over 100 mg of absorbable Magnesium in each teaspoon.

1-2 teaspoons applied daily is typically recommended for most symptoms. (Can be applied at anytime for muscle soreness and pain.)

More can be used as needed. We all have varying needs for Magnesium, so experiment and see how you feel with each dosage.

You can start with applying to the bottom of your feet, which are the least sensitive to Magnesium, and have thousands of nerve endings. Other areas that work well are the stomach, legs, arms, back, neck and shoulders. Do not use near the eyes or on irritated skin. A slight tingling sensation may occur at first – this indicates a deficiency and will decrease with consistent use.
